From his hometown of Somerset, Kentucky, Jordan Foster embraces a unique, but true sound of Country Music holding tight to his southern roots. Having been raised in your typical “Small Town USA” in South Central Kentucky and being nestled right in the Heart of the Lake Cumberland Area Jordan has truly had the experience of living the true “Country Life”. Having grown-up with a true passion for music Jordan has been performing since an early age and is no stranger to the music scene. Performing weekly at local venues, including Marina’s on Lake Cumberland and local restaurants Jordan is keeping a busy schedule. Not to mention he has had the honor of opening for Lonestar & Daryle Sigletary right in his hometown! Jordan has also played at the world famous car show called Somernites Cruise, and several festivals this past year. Jordan’s life has certainly shifted into fast-forward especially after going to Social Media and creating a Facebook Page that attracted an immediate response. Just days after its completion he was contacted by a Country Radio Station in a neighboring county and asked if he would come in and do an interview for their morning show. He gladly accepted that offer, and made an appearance where listeners instantly fell in love with his music. Especially, their original song “Worn Down Barn” which is still getting air play today on Z93 Country 93.1FM. In addition to “Worn Down Barn”, several other originals have been penned, one of the latest “Dancin’ in the Headlights” that paints a picture with Lake Cumberland as the backdrop. In addition to Love in Kentucky and The Bed I’m Laying In. You can find several videos of his music on his Facebook Page as well as on You Tube. Jordan is excited to also be working on his soon to be released album @ Red Brick Recording Studio in Columbia, Ky. Recording began back in October and a release date is fast approaching! This is an exciting project and promises to be a dynamic album featuring some of the top musicians from Nashville!
